A residency at the Ryedale Folk Museum
The residency was for 6 months in 2010.
The gallery space inside the museum is 10 x 4m, the work focused on a plot of land of the same dimensions less than a mile from the Museum on the Moorland.
Over the 6 months information about the small plot of land was gathered and collated in the gallery space.
Folklore, geological data, aerial photographs, archive material were all gathered from local archives and visitors to the gallery.
The residency culminated in an exhibition, publication and days of events.
